Webinars that sell. A powerful platform that’s easy to use
The offer appears the moment a viewer is ready to buy — shown by you, or by the script of an automated webinar that sells on schedule without you. Viewers join from a browser or Telegram with nothing to install, and the report shows who watched to the end and what they clicked. All from one cabinet.
BeforeRegistration, the room, payment and the report live in different tools, and some leads get lost along the way.
With Candy WebThe registration page, the room with selling buttons and the report sit in one cabinet, and via webhook your CRM learns during the broadcast who joined and who clicked a selling button.
BeforeThe host is talking, questions in the chat go unanswered, and viewers leave without buying.
With Candy WebModerators run the chat, questions with votes get their own tab, and an AI assistant answers from your knowledge base and hides spam.
BeforeTo keep sales coming, you run the same webinar live again and again.
With Candy WebRecord it once, and the automated webinar sells on schedule, with comments, buttons and offers showing up at the right minute.
BeforeAfter the broadcast it’s unclear why people didn’t buy: when they dropped off, what didn’t work.
With Candy WebThe report shows viewers minute by minute alongside slides and counts clicks on every button, so you see what to fix before the next broadcast.

More people make it to the broadcast
A registration page in your style: people see your brand
A form that collects what sales needs: email, phone and your own questions
An email with a personal link, so nobody hunts for the room on the day
Viewers join from a browser or Telegram, with nothing to install
A broadcast without technical chaos
YouTube video plays in your room, so viewers don’t wander off and keep the offer in sight
Slides from PDF or PowerPoint, speaker notes and a teleprompter, all in front of you
An orderly chat: questions with voting, private messages, slow mode and stop words
Before going live, check the room with “View as a viewer”
Team and control
Each teammate gets only the rights they need: the room, reports or the balance
Seats running low? The host room warns you, and you can top up without stopping the broadcast
A protected broadcast: password access, blocked countries and banned rule-breakers
How it works
Three steps to the broadcast, no developer needed
1
Create a webinar
A title, a time and a YouTube link, and the webinar already works. Add the look and selling buttons when it suits you.
2
Share the registration link
In your mailing, social media, messengers or ads. A viewer signs up and gets an email with a personal link.
3
Run the broadcast and get the report
Press “Start webinar”, or let the automated webinar start on schedule. Afterwards, open the report in the cabinet or get it in your CRM.
Stream from your YouTube, with a step-by-step OBS guide in the cabinet
Show an offer or a slide with one click, right on the line where it’s needed
“Sync” puts every viewer at the same moment of the video as you
Autowebinar
Sells on schedule while you’re busy with other things
The YouTube recording starts on its own, on chosen days or every hour, so viewers don’t wait for a live broadcast
The script shows comments, buttons, offers and slides at the exact second, so the sale goes as you planned
“Copy comments from a live broadcast” turns the chat of a good live broadcast into script comments
In both formats you can plan comments with a moderator’s reply, so key questions come up on time.
Selling in the room
Sell while viewers are in the room and still impressed
Show an offer with one toggle or place it at the right minute of the script. Every click goes into the report, and clicks on buttons and offers also reach your CRM via webhook.
A button straight to payment
A payment link or your own form (HTML code).
Price valid until the timer ends
Old and new price plus a timer: when time is up, the “Buy” button stops working. Or your own HTML layout.
A reminder banner
An image with a link, a ready banner from the gallery or your own HTML.
Bonuses and materials
A checklist, recording or workbook, from the start or when you say so. A promised bonus is a reason to stay for the offer.
Straight to payment after the end
When the broadcast ends, viewers go to your link on their own — say, to the payment page.
Your sales team knows who to call
Add {name}, {email} or {phone} to the link, and your payment page or CRM will know exactly who clicked.
Reports
See what sells and make the next broadcast stronger
After the broadcast, a report in plain words, with every figure explained next to it. No analyst needed.
How many registered viewers actually came, how many were in at the peak and their average watch time
A minute-by-minute chart alongside slides, events and sections: you see what made viewers leave
Clicks on every button, banner, offer and bonus: what sells and what needs changing
Contacts, ad tags and form answers show which ads bring viewers. Export to CSV or Excel
Compare sections across broadcasts and check whether your edits worked
Telegram Mini App
The webinar opens right in Telegram, where your subscribers are
Your bot or mailing service sends a button, and the room opens inside Telegram. No form needed: Telegram tells us who tapped. Fewer steps to the broadcast, and nobody joins under someone else’s name.
To connect, paste your bot’s token in “Integrations” → “Telegram”. We store it encrypted and never send anything on the bot’s behalf
Viewers share their phone number in one tap with the “Share phone number” button, so your manager can call them
No token? Your service can get a personal link for each subscriber via the API
Viewers from Telegram are in the same reports and webhooks as those from the browser
Integrations
Connects to your CRM, ads and mailings
You can set up Telegram, entry without a form and an ad pixel yourself: every integration is explained in plain words. Webhook and API come with examples for your developer.
Webhook
Your CRM or automation service (such as Make or Zapier) learns during the broadcast who joined, who stayed for the minutes you set and who clicked a button. Then the full report arrives.
API
Your website or CRM registers viewers on its own, gets their personal room links and pulls the report after the broadcast.
AI assistant (MCP)
Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor and run your webinars in plain words, even during the broadcast: “show the offer”, “post in the chat”.
Entry without a form
Clients from your mailing go straight into the room: name, email and phone are already in the link.
Code for all webinars
Add an ad or analytics pixel once, and it works in every webinar.
JS API
For developers: your code on the registration page and in the room reacts to registration, clicks and messages.
AI assistants
One answers viewers, the other handles the routine
AI assistant in the webinar chat
Answers viewers only with what you put in the knowledge base: program, prices, terms. If it isn’t there, it stays silent and leaves the question to you
Moderates the chat: hides spam, ads, off-topic links and insults, and you can bring hidden messages back from “Moderation”
After several violations it suggests banning the viewer, but the ban is your call
Runs on your own Anthropic key: you pay Anthropic directly, and your Candy Web balance isn’t touched.
AI assistant in the cabinet
Carries out your requests: creates webinars, changes settings, builds reports. Nothing to connect
Asks for confirmation before deleting anything
Can be turned off for the whole team
You pay for each reply from your balance by actual usage — usually 1–2 cents.
What you can ask
Create an autowebinar “How to launch an online course” every day at 19:00 Kyiv time
Compare attendance of the last two broadcasts and tell me at which minute viewers left
How many viewers came to this week’s webinars, and how many of them clicked the selling button?
Pricing
Pay for seats, not for features
A seat is one viewer watching at the same time as others. If 100 viewers came over the webinar but at most 90 were in at once, that’s 90 seats.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to try?
Nothing. After signing up you are on the free Start plan with no time limit: 10 viewers at once. No card needed to sign up. For bigger broadcasts, you pay $0.05 from your balance per seat above 10 or buy a 30-day package.
Where does the video come from? Do I need a separate streaming service?
YouTube shows the video: your stream for a live webinar (the cabinet has a step-by-step OBS guide), a ready recording for an autowebinar. The video can stay unlisted. Viewers watch inside your room, without YouTube buttons. Candy Web has no streaming server of its own — and you don’t need one.
What if more viewers come than I have seats?
Viewers above the limit get in while the balance covers them, and we charge $0.05 for each after the webinar. During the broadcast the host room shows a yellow bar when seats run low and a red one when viewers can’t get in. A top-up applies at once, without restarting the broadcast.
Will viewers know it’s an autowebinar?
For viewers an autowebinar is an ordinary broadcast: the registration page does not show the webinar type, and comments, buttons and offers appear by the script at the right second.
Can I work with a team?
Yes. Add moderators and choose what each can do: run the room, change settings, create webinars, view reports, manage the balance. Moderators sign in to their own accounts, and viewers see their names in the chat.
Can I use my own brand?
Yes. The registration page and the viewer room get your logo, colors, background, button shape and heading font, and the registration page also gets your cover image. You can hide the Candy Web logo on the registration page.
How does viewer data get into my CRM?
A webhook sends it live during the broadcast and a full report afterwards. The API hands it over whenever your system asks. Or export it from the report to CSV or Excel.
Will I be charged automatically?
No. You pay for a package upfront for 30 days, with no auto-renewal. We remind you by email 3 days before it ends, and then the free Start plan applies. Your webinars, settings and reports stay.
How do I pay, and can I get a refund?
By card via WayForPay, on the “Subscription” page of the cabinet. A package starts as soon as it is paid. If you paid twice or entered the wrong top-up amount and haven’t spent it yet, write to us within 14 days of the payment and, after a check, we’ll return it to the same card. All terms — section 7 of the offer.
Who is responsible for viewer data?
You own your viewers’ data; we process it only on your instructions, to run the service, and never sell it. Details are in the privacy policy.
Try it on your next webinar — it’s free
Sign up, create a webinar and look at the room through your viewers’ eyes. Start gives you 10 seats with no time limit.
